Refund policy

All products sold on this site are personal intimacy or consumable items. For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect.

Eligible Warranty Claims Must Meet All of the Following:

• A genuine defect caused by manufacturing or materials
• Reported within 3 days of delivery
• Supported by clear photos or video evidence
• Item is unused and in original packaging

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Returned intimate items are destroyed immediately upon receipt and never resold.

Once a defect is confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
